Put it on my snowmobile hooked up to the high beam. Works well without a battery just has a high flicker at low rpm’s if my sled had a battery it wouldn’t flicker. But works awesome on my car and on a buddy’s sled. I ended up buying 10 lights all open box. Buy used off Amazon

Not the brightest beam for far away but it does the job.

I bought this with Nilight wire harness last week and just completed the installation on my 2018 Subaru Forester 2.5i. Here are my notes:1. The light fixture seems to have good build quality. The aluminum housing, reflector, front cover are all pretty nice.2. Wiring harness has everything and enough length.3. Going through the firewall was a bit easier than expected. There is a big grommet right above the accelerator pedal, with a pre-cut opening in the insulation. It is not difficult to cut a hole on the grommet and squeeze the connector/wire through.4. This harness came with a bulky switch which doesn't fit in the small square OEM fog light switch opening. However, there are two extra rectangular switch opening right below. The size is similar to the switch body. After some Dremel-ing and filing, I was able to fit the Nilight switch in it. It's not the most elegant arrangement but good enough for me.5. The light is not very focused and I think it will be a good flood aux light in rain/fog. I mounted it on the front bumper and it took a few adjustment to make sure it is not aiming higher than the low beam.6. I didn't know why I stared straight into it since it is so bright. But I was able to see one dead LED. I later took this picture with 3 ND filters. I know these hight brightness LED are working under high current and intense heat and they eventually degrade and die. But there shouldn't be a dead LED in a brand new unit.Overall I like this addition to my car. I am waiting for a replacement unit from Amazon.

Bought 2 of these when they were on sale for low $20s for my 01 Ranger. I am very happy with my purchase. These things are bright! They spread light very well, dims out my headlights completely. I think they have more flood capability than spot. They have been through water a few times and so far so good, but there appears to be a little moisture on the cups on 1 light bar, barely noticeable, on the left side. That was the first time they were exposed to water and haven't had a problem since. Could've just helped close up a small open seal. Hopefully its not enough to hurt the LEDs in any way. Also, not every light bar is made equal. As seen in my other picture, the LEDs on the spot sections are very noticeably poorly lined up in their cups, and are hanging around in the left of them instead of center. Bolts already have some rust but not very much. Those were minor cons because the pros like price and lumens these things put out strongly overpowers the cons. I have bought a few nilight products including a few harnesses before and they have not failed me. Hopefully the China quality will last me awhile! If I don't re-edit this review, they are still working and doing their job.

The Light is ridiculously bright. No idea how long it will last but for the price I don’t see how you can go wrong. I’ll just let the 3 pictures speak for themselves. 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850, 1st pic Low beam , 2nd pic High beam on, 3rd pic High beam plus Nilight 12” mounted onto front bumper.
