How to install the brackets?
Step 1
Lift off the rubber layer where the hood meets the windshield, unscrew and remove the factory screws and nuts inside.
Step 2
Install the two brackets to the corresponding positions (one for the driver side, one for the passenger side), and tighten the factory screws.
Step 3
Mount your LED Pods or LED lights to the mounting brackets, then connect the wiring harness.
Step 4
Adjust the angle of the lights so they don't interfere with opening the hood of the car.
Extremely durable, very easy to install even with myself partially paralyzed from the waist down.I haven't looked at many versions of these do you by far the easiest and strongest I've seen.

Works great on my truck. Firm durable metal. Clears hood . I would buy these again if needed. Place some blue loctite on the screw before mounting onto truck.

These are very high quality pieces, very well built. But I can't use them for my truck. I have a 2010 F150 so it will not work for 2009-2014.
Quality is great after 4 months of hard use. It was easy to install and I love how high and tight it is compared to the brackets that fit on the hood bolts.
Works well for the money. 5 stars if they had a small rubber spacer so that the metal does not touch the paint.
