Refund policy

Nilight is committed to providing high-quality automotive lighting products and accessories. This policy explains our return, exchange, warranty, and refund terms, as well as how to request support.


1. Returns & Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you discover any of the following issues upon receiving your product, you are eligible for a free return or exchange:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect or missing items

Claim window:
Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

All returns and exchanges require prior approval.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in acceptable condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Returned with all included accessories

Return label will be provided for the product issue only. If the reason for return is not a result of a Nilight error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Warranty Coverage

We only provides limited warranty coverage for Nilight-branded products purchased from Nilight.com.

1. Standard Warranty Period

  •  Most Nilight products: 1-Year Limited Warranty
  •  Renewed / Clearance products: Warranty coverage may vary and will be clearly stated on the product page

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects caused by materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical or functional failures under normal operating conditions

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Accidents, off-road racing, or use beyond the product’s intended design
  • Labor costs for installation, removal, or diagnostics
  • Non-quality-related issues

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us and provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Vehicle information (if applicable)

5. Replacement & Shipping

If your warranty claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped free of charge within 1-3 bussiness days.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

PayPal payments: Refunds are typically processed the same day and returned to your PayPal account.

Credit card payments: Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

If the refund has not appeared after 3 business days, please contact your card issuer or bank for further assistance.

Order Item As A Gift

If the item you order will be a gift for others, please marked gift in your order and advise the correct full name of the person who will recieve the gift. And then he/her will be able to claim a return or warranty when he needs it.
