...they don't come with covers / guards. I've asked Nilight if they'll be made available but have thus far been ignored. In many areas light pods are only legal if you cover them when driving on public roads. While these pods are of good quality, not having covers when their competition offers them seems like an oversight.
Installed these as reverse lights on my Jeep. I have no complaints. Lights are bright and function as I desired.
Although I wish these lights were more of a flood than they are, they seem to be nice and bright enough for auxiliary side lights on my roof rack.
I took the advice of others and took the sides off and put a bead of silicone in place and tightened the sides back. Took about 10 minutes per light. The install was easy, they are super bright little lights for sure.
Very pleased with the lights, although I think I got delivered spots in stead of floods like I ordered. They still work well though. I have them installed on our RV as Fog lights and just put them on a pickup for backup lights to increase visibility. Great lights, easy to install.
These lights are great for the price. No light makes good products for the prices they sell them for 👍🏾
