Hi peeps. I don't necessarily have the exact video that would get you lined up for understanding these connections, but by searching YouTube, you can find a few that will make sense out of it (including how to get the blue light to not stay lit up even while off). I believe these switches will ROCK once properly installed. I've tested mine and it seems to be working fine (I actually didn't test all 4 switches but..)It's a shame they don't have a white version of these or some of the brand's other configurations of switches. I may end up painting this thing white all over cuz my entire space is white, white plates on outlets, everything. One tip ( if it can be called that) is to get this with the opportunity to expand onto the amount of appliances connected to it (so maybe you only have 2 or 3 things you know you are going to connect to it but the other blank rockers are there just in case you want to add something interesting to your spot in a few years time). I think that's a great idea and have done that myself.Really think about the accessibly of these switches and which switch will need to be accessed most frequently, from what hand position, etc. I have this at the entryway of my fan which is also to the side of the sink. So I want the main lights to be on the left and close to me when I enter the van ( also turns off by a connected dimmer switch elsewhere) and then I have my fan second and my kitchen lights on the far right (since it's closest to my hands while I'm turned the other way and stepped up into the kitchen space. So, the 3rd switch is left open which is a bit more easily accessible while standing inside the space, and up the step of the van. The fans are left on much of the time your in it, so that's why I have it close to the main lights to hit when you enter (it won't need to be closer to the living space area and accessed that way because I won't be turning them off until I leave!) So that's just my own example.Think about I'd you want that blue light on or off (especially if you will be sleeping nearby it or in a small space near it (van?) ya.. probably want that idle mode light to be turned off , and that's a really easy disconnect of 4 wires I believe.)Wish this company made dimmers, or do they? But this is a nice unit that simplifies a control station for diy projects, boat, rv, etc. Also- it's VERY CONVENIENT that they have all the wires hooked up in the back already, while leaving the gaps for the inputs!!!!
