Warranty Covers: Shipping damage, condensation, and other quality defects.
Warranty Does Not Cover: Negligence, improper use, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized disassembly.

Step 2. Please provide the following information:
a. screenshot of your order information b. pictures or video of the defective item
Sept 3. After the inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
