The bulbs arrived quickly and as a nice surprise there is a set of cotton gloves packed inside. I bought these for a 2011 Lexus RX 450H. First time I’ve done this job on this car. It’s not super easy, because access and lines of sight are limited, but it’s manageable and even by the second bulb it was easier. You will want to remove the plastic engine compartment shrouds, so do yourself a favor and spend 10 bucks for a pack of replacement clips. Back to the bulbs ... I’ve shown a photo I took so you can see the springs that hold the bulb in. You cannot see them on this car unless you face is the size of an iPhone camera. But once you know where they are it wasn’t too hard to feel for them. Anyhow I got the bulbs in and buttoned things up and they both lit up. I will update this review after we’ve seen how the headlights function in practice, and if we see any quality / longevity issues etc. But for day one it’s so far so good and was glad to DIY this job.
