Worked perfectly to make a solar panel adapter for our RV which came with a Zamp SAE input box on the roof. After ensuring polarity matched the black wire I clipped off the other end and crimped Renogy MC4 connectors to them.
Good product, nice price.For safety make sure you splice the female connector end to your to your hot (usually red) battery lead to protect against shorts when disconnected. Also, can accomplish the same protection by turning one plug 90 degrees then plug just the hot connectors (usually red) together.
