No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Nilight will provide a return shipping label upon request.
Non-contiguous US residents and International residents – including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico – are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 5-10 business days of Nilight receiving all returned goods. Relays seem to work well. Good value for the cost.Mating pins on 3 of the 5 connectors fell out when relay was inserted. I was able to fix them, but see no excuse for the poor quality of their assembly.
