The light strip includes 21pcs SMD5050 ultra-bright LED chips. With super bright lighting output, the light strip can light up your entire engine bay.

With the switch, you can decide to turn on or turn off the light freely. If you do not need the lights to be on, just turn off the switch manually.
When hood open, the pin touches the ground thus turning the lights on. When hood closed, the pin disconnects the ground thus turning the lights off.
