Perfect for me

This is actually perfect for what I’m going to use it for. I don’t haul trailers with my Jeep but we do like to travel in it and I have a hitch mount luggage rack so is going to be perfect. Delivery was fast packaging was good and nothing was scratched or scuffed so all in all I’m very pleased with this product.

Easy install

Received with instructions that didn't say much, not hard to figure out. Some reviews saw you have to take bumper off but I did not. What I did is used locking alligator pliers to hold bolt and insert into hole. The two middle ones on hitch has the washer welded on so all you have to do is start with one of those and the rest is easy. All you need is and adjustable wrench and wrench with socket and you should be done within 20-30 minutes.

Well built from appearance.

I gave 4 stars because sizing (width) was off and 1/4" too wide. Stripped a 12 point socket trying to get this (apparently) 18.5 mm nuts on to tighten (lessen the gap). Yeah, 18 too small and 19 too big. STRANGE.. BUT, other than that, seems pretty well built.

Easy once the bumper is off

Easy to install once the bumper is off. I tried to install it with bumper on and it’s too tight to put the screws in and to tighten.Remove bumper to make life easier on yourself. YouTube helped with showing me how to remove bumper.I’m excited to use my new hitch.
