2007-2021 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Cab Running Boards 3.6 Inch Drop Side Steps Bolt-on Black Powder Coated

First off let me tell you to double check the labels on the brackets BEFORE installing! I had the three brackets bolted onto the vehicle and was getting prepared to mount the running boards when I realized that all 3 brackets were for the OTHER side of the truck! Come to find out that all of the brackets and running boards were labeled incorrectly. The only tip I can provide is to refer to the illustrations on the instructions to ensure that the angle of the brackets are headed in the right direction. Once I got past that aggravation the installation went relatively smooth. The hardware that is included is of good quality and all holes lined up nicely. The boards themselves are a heavy steel construction. This can be a pro or con depending if you are willing to add the extra weight to your truck. Bottom line is that these boards are well made and look sharp!

These running boards are excellent. The quality and finish are good. They are sturdy. They look great on the truck. The instructions are horrible. That being said, the installation was very straightforward. Each side has three brackets along with the actual running board. Regarding the instructions, I everything that was labeled for the left side was actually for the right side and vice versa. It was fairly easy to figure out. Also, the instructions listed a torque wrench as a needed tool, but the torque specification was nowhere to be found. I just made sure everything was tightened snugly, slightly tighter than I would install an oil pan drain plug.A word of caution, if you drive regularly in a state where rust is a problem, the holes where the bracket mounts to may be rusted, making it impossible to thread the bolt in. Lucky for me I own a tap and die set and was able to clean out the rusted threads. If you don't have a tap and die set, the correct size tap is M8. You could save money by just buying the one instead of a whole set. With the bad instructions and the added step of cleaning out the rusted holes, my install time was about 90 minutes. I decided to not deduct any stars for the bad instructions since it wasn't difficult at all to figure out how to install the running boards. Were it not for the rusted holes, install would have taken less than an hour.

These running boards were a great replacement. They were easy to install. They are very durable and heavy duty. I am satisfied and would recommend.

really durable and very attractive nice mix of style and function. the parts were labeled backwards so I had some rework but after I fixed the issue they went right on. they did show up with minor damage for transit the driver sidestep was bent in a bit but luckily it was on the bottom of the step, but I did notice it.

These boards took me less than an hour to install. Super easy and they look great compared to my old boards. I love these so much! More aggressive looking too.

We got these to help me get into my husband's truck. The black with the red letter complements his white truck well. They're durable and hold my weight well (153 lbs).The installation took him about 45 minutes. It would've gone faster, but instructions weren't included, and two of the pieces were mislabeled. thankfully, he's handy and was able to install them without too much frustration. They're a good addition to his truck.

Most people won't need a step to get into a Toyota Tacoma, but these make the truck look so cool. Nice finish and very sturdy. Adds to the truck
