Double Nut Design
Double nuts on each side ensure that the connection between the hitch tightener and the tow hook is tighter and firmer and will not easily fall off.
Easy to install
First place the U-bolt on the 2 inch trailer extension receiver, then lock them with the U-bolt and plate, install the U-bolt (bottom of the bolt) in the order shown in the picture above, put the washers and nuts separately and tighten , please pay attention to the orientation of the metal plate when installing.
I have a $300. B&W hitch that full of slop.I went back to a straight hitch and this anti rattle/ no slop thing. The hitch is solid, 0 movement. Hauling a twin axel enclosed the $300. Hitch had slop. Not when using this simple item.
Update on Nilight hitch tightenerPin hole needs to be larger for a lock Pin. The Pin provided with cotter Pin is not secure. If you want to install a lock Pin you will need to drill the hole larger for that. So for works well.
This is a very simple design, but very effective in reducing the slop in the ball mount and stopping all the clunking and clanking when you accelerate and decelerate. In my opinion, it is a game changer and makes towing my boat and utility trailer so much more comfortable, and quiet.
Does what it's supposed to. Stops the bulk of the noise from pulling a trailer.
No issues everything was there and it works good.

Easy to install.
Sturdy and well-built. Most importantly, it completely eliminated the constant clunking from my older/looser hitch receiver. Just wish I had bought it sooner.
